Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, or in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned: software licences that have been activated, consumables that have been opened (e.g. printer ink).
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
Sign in to your account and go to My Orders, or use the management link in your order confirmation email.
Select the order and click Request a Return. Briefly describe the reason.
We'll review your request and email you with a return label and instructions as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — please allow time for your bank to process the payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
