All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe, our secure payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Information page for full details. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned item — please allow time for your bank to process the payment.

7. Product Descriptions

8. Voucher Codes

Voucher codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated, valid for the stated period, and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw voucher codes at any time.
